The microcomputer fully automatic calorimeter is mainly suitable for detecting the calorific value of solid or liquid combustible substances such as coal, petroleum, chemical, food, wood, etc. in industries or departments such as power, coal, paper, petrochemical, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, medicine, scientific research, and teaching.

Maintaining all the functions of the original microcomputer system, it can run general software for other transaction processing, and at the same time, starting the calorimeter measurement system can automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) of the calorimeter system to measure the heat generation. Input data such as sulfur, total water, analyzed water, hydrogen, etc., to convert and print out data such as cylinder heat generation, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, etc.

Internal device: Imported mixing motors are used internally to drive sheet-like blades for constant temperature mixing, and submersible electric mixing is used for the mixing of the outer cylinder, making the mixing more uniform and convenient. The instrument adopts a fused cotton thread ignition method.

High degree of automation: By using a water quantification device and combining it with an automatic water circulation system, the water volume in the inner bucket can be accurately quantified without the need for manual weighing and adjusting of water temperature. This avoids errors caused by human factors during the operation process, reduces the labor intensity of operators, shortens testing time, and improves work efficiency.
