KQWYC-4 fully automatic pellet compressive strength I. Overview: The compressive strength of pellets is an important indicator for measuring the sintering quality of pellet ore. It is an important step in the production process control of steel companies. According to the GB/T14201-93 standard for determining the compressive strength of iron ore pellets, and with reference to the relevant standards of ISO4700-1983, a self-developed pellet compressive strength tester has been developed. This provides a basis for measuring the compressive strength of iron ore pellets and facilitates quality inspection. The compressive strength is the maximum pressure load that an iron ore pellet experiences when it completely fractures. Its value is the average of the measured values of all samples in a group, and it is an important technical quality indicator. According to the national standard (GB14210), more than 60 pellets with diameters ranging from 10mm to 12.5mm are used to apply a pressure load to a single pellet at a specified constant pressing speed (10-15mm/min) and crush it one by one until it completely fractures. The average crushing pressure is the measured compressive strength. 2、 The structural testing machine consists of a body, a mechanical transmission system, a force measurement control system, a speed regulation system, a recording system, and fixtures. The body is composed of a base and a column, with the transmission screw installed inside the column, and the mechanical transmission system, electrical appliances, speed control system, and motor installed inside the base. The intelligent control system and micro printer are installed in the control box on the side of the column, the force sensor is installed on the bottom of the moving crossbeam, and the photoelectric encoder is installed on the top of the machine column. The upper and lower pressure plates are respectively connected to the sensor and the workbench. The microcomputer type is equipped with branded computers and printers, and the testing process and results are displayed on the LCD screen
