According to the calculation results, the roller spacing of 6CC is 3/4 of 2CC, and the deflection of the sector segment is 1/4 of 2CC for ZCuPb20Sn5 lead bronze. 2) The sulfur print was used to test the center segregation of 6CC and 2CC castings, and the results showed that the grain size of 6CC center segregation was smaller and the segregation was reduced. Using X-ray microanalysis to analyze the Mn concentration in the central segregation area of the casting billet, the Mn concentration in the central segregation area of the 6CC casting billet is about 3/4 of that of the 2CC. In addition, in general, the thickness center of 2CC castings has positive segregation and the surrounding area has negative segregation, but the point of 6CC castings has very small negative segregation around the thickness center positive segregation. This central segregation pattern is characterized by small spacing and high rigidity of the sector segment nip rollers, resulting in minimal impact of bulging on the outcome. 3) The ultrasonic testing (UST) device was used to measure the number of pores with a diameter of 1mm or more in 6CC and 2CC castings to evaluate the density of central porosity. The results showed that the number of pores with a diameter of 1mm or more in 6CC castings was only 1/10 of that in 2CC castings. Enterprises should entrust domestic professional design companies to solve their own design projects. The horizontal collaboration between large enterprises and professional design companies should be expanded and strengthened through market forces. In the construction of design clusters, the composition of professional design companies and the output through synergistic effects are essentially proven to be successful and effective. From this, it can be seen that industries like these are constantly repeating, and the importance of designing clusters in the market will change more rapidly. Of course, detailed research on the relevant laws and regulations regarding the composition of design clusters also needs to be conducted accordingly. The cultivation of related industries and the expansion of initial markets, especially the formation of talents and markets, require more comprehensive guidance. At present, there are few design departments and designers involved in visual, product, and other fields in domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, and there is a shortage of professional talents in the field of industrial design, which is closely related to industrial competitiveness.
