Can monitor SO in gases2、NOx、O2Parameters such as dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc. can also be extended to specific occasions for HCl, HF, CO, CO, etc2Monitoring of humidity and other parameters. The tested gas is directly sent to the high-temperature gas analysis module (DOAS technology) for analysis and measurement after dust removal by the sampling probe. Without a heat tracing tube and condenser, the response time is fast and effectively solves the problem of water precipitation and absorption of SO in the condensation method2Causing technical difficulties such as low measurement results, especially in low concentration measurement situations, it has significant advantages.
