Product Description of Rubber Vulcanizer

1、 The rubber vulcanizer complies with the requirements of GB/T16584 "Rubber - Determination of vulcanization characteristics using a rotorless vulcanizer", ASTM D5289-95, ISO 6502:1991, GB/T3709-2003, ISO 6502, and Italian standards for T10, T30, T50, T60, and T90 data. This machine is used to measure the characteristics of uncured rubber and find the suitable vulcanization time for the rubber material. This machine adopts an imported intelligent digital temperature control instrument, which is easy to adjust and set, has a wide temperature control range, and high control accuracy. Its stability, reproducibility, and accuracy are superior to general rotary vulcanizing instruments. The use of computer control and interface boards for data collection, storage, processing, and printing of test results makes the functionality more powerful. It fully demonstrates its highly automated characteristics. It also has functions such as curve comparison and magnification. Using the WINDOWS series operating system platform and a graphical software interface, digital processing is made more accurate, making user testing operations simple, fast, flexible, and easy to maintain.

3、 Introduction to the functions of rubber vulcanizing instrument software:

A. Standardization of testing: Complies with GB/T16584 "Rubber - Determination of characteristic vulcanization using a rotorless vulcanizing apparatus", ISO6502:1991, and ASTMD5289-95.

B. Sample data: Set the rubber material number name, such as "Outer Tire No. 5", "RBS6", etc. When users need to add a title name to describe the printed drawings, they can set any form of title text description.

C. Special note on high-quality features: The excellent feature of humanized design is that the measurement time can be modified during the testing process. The rubber material is estimated to be cured in 20 minutes. Assuming a 20 minute measurement time, when it is actually done for 11 minutes, it is found that the vulcanization is already completed at 9 and 10 minutes. At this point, there is no need to continue. Just "modify the measurement time" and set the 20 minutes to 9 or 10 minutes. Press "send out", and the experiment will immediately stop at 9 or 10 minutes, draw the complete vulcanization curve, and calculate all data. If the experiment reaches 18 minutes and the vulcanization curve is still rising at the end of 19 minutes, indicating that vulcanization is not yet complete, the experiment must continue, otherwise the data obtained will be incorrect. At this point, the measurement time can be adjusted to 25 minutes or more to continue the experiment until vulcanization is complete. This feature undoubtedly greatly facilitates users, saving valuable time and adhesive materials.

D. Auto Scale for graphical curves. After the measurement is completed, the software will automatically adjust the Y scale according to the measurement value from 0-5 Mv to 0-10MV to 0-20MV, making the curve more beautiful. Multiple curve comparisons can also be made for completely different rubber materials, curve shapes, and measurement times.

E. Database: The software has pre-set a database with 100 numbers. Each library can store unlimited sets of measurement data. Faced with thousands of sets of data for months, years, decades, and convenient future queries, users can put data from different time periods into different databases, and the purpose of setting database addresses is for this.

F. After the test is completed, automatic archiving is performed, and t10, t30, t50, t70, t90, ts1, ts2, Vc1, Vc2, high torque, low torque, and so on are automatically calculated.
