ZA-KYJYP-450/750 19 * 1.0 flame retardant control cableTo be used as a data transmission system in automated production processes for measuring, controlling, and adjusting signals. They are particularly suitable for mechanical places that require bending and twisting movements.
Flame retardant control cables are a type of specialized cable that can effectively suppress the spread of flames and ensure the continuous operation of circuits for a period of time under fire conditions. They are widely used in electrical control systems that require high safety and stability.
Flame retardant rating: divided into ZA, ZB, ZC categories based on combustion performance, suitable for bundled installation and places with extremely strict fire protection requirements.
Voltage level: usually 450/750V and below, suitable for low-voltage control circuits.
Insulation material: Cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) is commonly used, with a heat resistance of up to 90 ℃ and stable electrical performance.
Shielding structure: Common types include copper wire braided shielding (P) and copper tape shielding (P2), which effectively resist electromagnetic interference and ensure signal transmission quality.
Sheath material: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or low smoke halogen-free material, with flame retardant, moisture-proof, and wear-resistant properties. Some models support halogen-free low smoke (WDZ) to reduce the release of toxic gases in fires.
ZA-KYJYP: Class A flame retardant+cross-linked polyethylene insulation+copper wire braided shielding, such as ZA-KYJYP 7 × 0.75, 19 × 1.0, etc.
ZR-KYJVP: Class C flame retardant+polyvinyl chloride insulation+braided shielding, suitable for general flame retardant demand scenarios.
NH-KYJVP: Fire resistant control cable that can maintain power for a certain period of time (such as 90 minutes) in flames.
Industrial automation system (PLC, DCS signal transmission)
Fire linkage and emergency lighting systems for densely populated areas such as high-rise buildings, subways, hospitals, and shopping malls
High risk industries such as chemical, petroleum, and energy
Internal wiring of distribution cabinet and computer monitoring system
