The NM-080 compact linear nano positioning stage can provide motion of 100 μ m or greater along the Z direction.
Its compact design makes it an ideal tool for many photonics and fiber positioning applications. The Z-axis nano positioning linear displacement platform is a linear displacement platform driven by piezoelectric ceramics.
This series of nanodisplacement tables uses highly reliable multi-layer low-voltage piezoelectric stacked ceramics as driving elements, and an integrated flexible guiding system optimized by finite element method can ensure good parallel motion. It refers to the minimum step size value that can be moved by the piezoelectric platform measured by the interferometer, which is mainly determined by the DAC resolution of the piezoelectric controller.
