Precautions

1. The product cannot be overloaded, pay attention to the humidity and dust in the operating environment;

2. Maintain good weighing habits during use. During the weighing process, try to place the goods in the middle position of the electronic platform scale to balance the force on the scale sensor. Avoid uneven force distribution on the weighing platform, which may cause fine tilting and affect the service life of the electronic platform scale, resulting in inaccurate weighing;

When the weighing display controller cannot be used for a long time (such as more than a month), it should be powered on for inspection according to environmental conditions to avoid moisture or other adverse gas erosion that affects reliability;

4. Avoid using electronic platform scales near heat sources or vibration sources;

Due to the potential threat of rodent infestations in many usage scenarios, some parts of the electronic platform scale signal line are exposed, so it is necessary to strictly prevent rodent infestations;

6. Regularly clean the debris on the sensor to avoid touching it and causing inaccurate weighing and jumping;

7. Regularly check whether the wiring is loose, broken, and whether the grounding wire is secure;

8. Regularly open the scale cover and remove any debris underneath to ensure the stability of the electronic platform scale;
