Main process flow

1. The groove pressing machine presses grooves, with rounded chamfers and no 90 degree rigid right angles, and is more connected to triangular structures.

2. The U-shaped beam is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 6mm; The panel is made of Q235 steel plate.

3. Mechanical processing workshop, complete processing equipment, self-produced accessories, customized special structures.

4. The automatic welding machine performs full welding, and during the welding process, the oxygen inside the U-shaped beam is completely consumed, using an inert environment to avoid internal corrosion.

5. The welding of the seam in the board adopts track submerged arc welding, and the groove welding is formed in one go, without bubbles, sturdy and beautiful.

6. The welding of parts adopts CO2 shielded welding and full welding. No spot welding or virtual welding. Ensure the strength of the connecting components and prevent fatigue deformation during long-term use.
   

7. Sandblasting machine is used to remove the oxide layer and ensure the adhesion of the paint.

8. The surface paint of the weighing platform is sprayed twice and air dried. Optional spray paint is available, with strong adhesion. All connectors are galvanized.

9. Bottom and surface technology of the scale body *, sandblasting rust removal, water-based rust prevention, water-based rust prevention primer, and two coats of topcoat. The structure has anti rodent bite design.

10. The connection of the weighing platform adopts meniscus structure overlap, and the physical principle automatically locks and adjusts. The connecting components (pressure plate, ball bowl) on the sensor are firmly welded to the scale body.

11. The sensor position should be reasonable, and the sensor should be placed in the center at the overlap to eliminate the pole effect and ensure that the sensor is uniformly stressed under off load conditions.

During the factory inspection, an overload test is conducted on the concentrated load of the scale body to ensure that the angular deformation of the scale body is less than 1mm rebound for every additional 50t of weighing.

The rate is 100%, and the scale body has no fatigue deformation after continuous full weighing and rolling for 50000 hours. The secondary weight of 200t can simultaneously handle factory calibration, on-site inspection, and maintenance.
