Through cascade control mode, the coordination and cooperation of various liquid level sensors and solenoid valve groups can automatically and continuously process materials exceeding the capacity of the evaporator bottle. Greatly reducing the cost for users to choose larger containers for rotary steaming, as well as reducing the difficulty of experimentation, improving work efficiency, and saving time costs.

Automatic Continuous Distillation/Distillation System

The Youlaibo automatic continuous distillation/rectification system is an experimental process that uses the different volatilities of each component in a mixture to separate them. The principle and equipment process of precision distillation are the same as those of ordinary distillation, but the relative volatility between components in the system to be separated is relatively small (<1.05-1.10). An efficient distillation column is used to achieve the separation and purification of the components to be separated.

The entire system includes: distillation section: heating jacket, temperature controller, distillation flask, high vacuum silver plated jacket distillation column, tower head condenser reflux device, electromagnetic automatic reflux ratio regulator, reboiler, vacuum pump, etc; Automatic control part: quartz fiber level gauge, feed pump, vacuum pressure sensor, temperature sensor, PLC control center and other instruments, frame: glass connectors and installation brackets, etc.

Automatic continuous extraction system

The Youlaibo automatic continuous extraction system utilizes liquid level control and liquid transport control to achieve continuous automatic extraction, improve work efficiency, and enhance extraction purity.

Stirring extraction column, central stirring shaft with multiple layers of blades, stirring driver (20-800rpm) speed.
