The probe and controller of the integrated analyzer are integrated, reducing wiring, piping, and installation costs. The built-in heater of the probe can be replaced on site, reducing maintenance costs. The probe uses three reference gas compensation methods (air, standard gas, and pressure compensation gas). There is an explosion-proof zirconia oxygen analyzer available, models ZR22S and ZR202S. Measurement range: 0.01~100vol% O2, 0~100vol% H2O, or 0~1.000kg/kg. Sample gas temperature: 0~700 ℃ (only referring to the probe head)
When the temperature exceeds 600 ℃, it is necessary to install a conductivity cell with Inconel conductivity cell screws. 700-1400 ℃ (with high temperature probe adapter).

For high-temperature gas samples, a 0.15m long probe and a high-temperature probe adapter ZO21P-H should be used. The sample gas pressure should be -5 to+250kPa (pressure compensation is recommended when the pressure inside the furnace exceeds 3kPa). When the pressure inside the furnace exceeds 5kPa, pressure compensation must be carried out. For a 0.15m probe, the range is 0.5-5kPa, and there is no pressure fluctuation inside the furnace. Output signal: 4-20mADC, (maximum load resistance of 550 Ω) digital communication (HART): 250-550 Ω, depending on the number of on-site devices in the connection circuit (multi-point mode). Materials in contact with the gas: SUS316 (JIS), zirconia, SUS304 (JIS) (flange), HasloyB(Inconel600,601)

Structure: The heater and thermocouple are replaceable structures. Non explosion proof products. equivalent toNEMA4X/IP66(Only applicable for recirculation in furnaces that have undergone pressure compensation
