Yokogawa EJA pressureThe Yokogawa EJA differential pressure transmitter is an instrument used to measure the pressure difference of liquids, gases, and other media. Its principle is based on the fact that pressure acting on elastic elements will cause small deformations. The transmitter contains two pressure interfaces connected to different positions, and the difference in medium pressure causes the elastic element to shift, which is then converted into an electrical signal output.
The following are the precautions for using the Yokogawa EJA differential pressure transmitter:
Before installation, the integrity of the instrument and whether there is any damage during transportation should be checked.
2. During installation, avoid installing in environments with strong magnetic fields, high temperatures, corrosion, etc.
3. The instrument should be calibrated and debugged before use.
4. Instruments should be used and maintained according to the specified working conditions and environmental requirements, such as temperature, humidity, etc.
When replacing parts, original spare parts should be used and replaced according to the prescribed method.
6. Instruments should be regularly inspected and maintained to ensure their normal operation.
7. Avoid using in environments with strong electromagnetic or electrostatic interference.
8. Avoid using in explosive gas or dust environments.
The zeroing method of Yokogawa EJA differential pressure transmitter is as follows:
1. Disconnect the power supply of the transmitter and wait for at least 5 minutes to ensure that the system is in a stationary state.
2. Connect the transmitter using a calibration device, turn on the device, and enter the calibration parameters.
3. Connect the output pipeline of the transmitter to the atmosphere, ensure the pipeline is smooth, and check for leaks.
4. Select the "zero adjustment" function on the calibration device.
5. Wait for a period of time until the reading stabilizes at 0, indicating that zeroing is complete.
6. Turn off the calibration device, remove the connecting wire, and reconnect the power supply of the transmitter.
It should be noted that before performing any operation, please carefully read the relevant operation manual and safety manual, and follow the correct operating procedures.
