Principles and characteristics
Vacuum drying refers to heating and drying the material to be dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, accelerating the drying rate.
When the heating temperature is constant, increasing the vacuum degree can accelerate the drying rate.
When the vacuum degree is constant, increasing the heating temperature can accelerate the drying rate.
By increasing both the vacuum degree and heating temperature, the drying rate is greatly accelerated.
If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser.
If SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum pump unit is used. You don't need a condenser.
