Note: 1 This equipment is equipped with three sterilization programs, self set, 121 ℃ (working pressure: 0.17Mpa) and 132 ℃ (working pressure: 0.22Mpa).

2. The working pressure and temperature of this equipment can be adjusted according to the actual working conditions of the user, but should be lower than the design pressure and temperature.

Characteristics: 1 Adopting microcomputer intelligent fully automatic control, the entire process of heating, sterilization, exhaust, and drying is automatically controlled and converted. Users can set their own programs for sterilization temperature, sterilization time, drying time, etc. according to the needs of the sterilized items.

2. Fully automatic water addition and automatic water replenishment function for water shortage. Cut off the heating power supply due to water shortage, and automatically resume operation after replenishing water. It has functions of preventing dry burning and automatic protection against overheating. When the water level is lower than the low water level or exceeds the set temperature, the system automatically cuts off the power supply and gives an audible and visual alarm.

3. (Pre selected) Equipped with a built-in micro thermal printer to achieve data traceability and real-time printing of operating parameters.

4. The double-layer structure of the interior is made of SUS304 material for the door panels, which are mechanically polished, smooth, flat, without dead corners, and easy to clean.

5. The new structure realizes front and rear doors (pre selected), with a sealed exterior structure that can separate the bacterial and sterile areas, better ensuring that the sterilized equipment is not contaminated.

6. The door is equipped with a safety interlock device. When there is pressure in the sterilization room, the door automatically locks and cannot be opened to ensure personnel safety. It is also equipped with a door control switch, and the power can only be turned on when the door is closed in place.

7. There are three types of sterilization modes:

(1) Sterilization at 121 ℃

(2) Sterilization at 132 ℃

(3) Self established
