YT-TYW600 Hydraulic Pressure Calibration Platform

The hydraulic pressure gauge calibration bench is suitable for laboratory debugging in pressure process control. It provides a pressure source for calibrating general (precision) pressure gauges, pressure (differential pressure) transmitters, and pressure sensors, and can also provide a pressure source for instrument manufacturers to calibrate instruments for measuring pressure. It has a simple structure, high reliability, easy operation and maintenance, and good sealing performance that is not prone to leakage. The pressure regulation range is large, and the pressure rise and fall are stable. Due to its open and transparent structure, it is convenient for users to maintain and upkeep it.

Notes:

1. The instrument should be used within the rated pressure range as much as possible and should not be used beyond the range.

2. When transporting or carrying for use, the exhaust knob must be locked, the hand pressure rod should be placed flat, and the fine adjustment pump screw should be fully screwed in.

3. When using this device, the exhaust knob should always be in the open or loose position.

4. Valve switches, hand pressure rods, and quick couplings should not be operated violently. Simply open them half a turn.

5. If the pressure medium is contaminated, please replace it in a timely manner.
