Product Introduction

The radio frequency admittance level gauge operates based on the principle of high-frequency electric bridge. As is well known, the electrical properties of all substances are somewhat different from those of air. When the probe is immersed in the material, the conductivity and electronegativity between the detection rod and the container wall undergo significant changes. These changes are used to detect the presence of air or material around the probe. It uses admittance measurement method to integrate the impedance and capacitance information of the measured medium, and adopts a three terminal approachCote―ShieldTechnology eliminates the influence of adhesive materials on the sensing probe on the control effect, improving the reliability and stability of the control effect.
The controller consists of two parts: electronic circuit and probe. The electronic circuit includes a high-frequency oscillator, a detection circuit, an output circuit, and a probe composed of a measuring rod and a protective cover. The rod and the protective cover are insulated from each other, as well as from the grounding container. The high-frequency oscillator provides a stable RF voltage, which is applied to the detection rod through a bridge. When the material touches the detection rod, the bridge outputs an unbalanced voltage, which is processed by a demodulator and amplifier to drive the relay to operate.
