YS-BUS740 pressure type liquid level transmitter

1、 Overview

The sensitive component of YS-BUS740 pressure type liquid level transmitter is installed at the lower end of the relay box, and the input component is the balance cover. The two are connected by a pressure guiding pipe (pressure guiding pipe), and the pressure of the liquid column is indirectly transmitted to the sensitive component through the air conduction through the pressure guiding pipe, thus avoiding direct contact between the sensitive component and the measured medium. Not only suitable for measuring ordinary water, but also for measuring liquid levels in special occasions such as high temperature, viscous, corrosive media. Widely used in fields such as chemical engineering, metallurgy, power plants, water conservancy, urban water supply, and industrial wastewater.

3、 Working principle

When the balance cover of the transmitter is placed at a certain position in the liquid, the pressure received by the sensor through the air duct is:

P=9.807 ρ H+Po, where P - pressure sensed by the sensor, unit kPa ρ - liquid level density, unit g/cm3

H - height of the liquid level to be measured, unit: mPo - pressure on the liquid level, unit: kPa

If the back chamber of the sensor is connected to the upper part of the liquid level, P o is zero, so H is approximately equal to 0.102P/ρ, and Po becomes zero, so H is approximately equal to 0.102P/ρ. The transmitter converts the sensed pressure signal into an electrical signal, which is proportional to the height of the liquid level.

Attention: The container of the tested liquid must be open to the atmosphere and cannot be sealed, otherwise the measurement results will be meaningless.
