Adopting a touch sensitive LCD screen to select all working parameters, the human-machine dialogue interface is simple and friendly, easy to operate, and the average oil sample analysis cycle is about 2 minutes. YNYSZ-H Oleic Acid Value TesterIt is a high-precision, fully digital industrial instrument developed by our company's scientific research and technical personnel, based on relevant national standards and utilizing their own advantages through long-term unremitting efforts. The machine is easy to operate and has a beautiful and elegant appearance. The instrument adopts fully automatic digital microcomputer control, with acid-base neutralization reaction as the basic framework for chemical analysis, and is equipped with a self-developed background blank deduction and titration endpoint logic judgment program. Therefore, the precision and accuracy of the measurement are relatively ideal.

The detection of oleic acid value in transformers and steam turbines is a routine inspection item for oil filled electrical equipment in power systems and industrial and mining enterprises, and the acid value tester is a device developed by our company for the determination of the acid value of the above-mentioned oil products. This instrument is based on a single-chip microcomputer and integrates multidisciplinary technologies such as optics, mechanics, electronics, and chemistry. Replacing manual operation not only improves work efficiency, but also reduces the labor intensity of operators and minimizes the harm of organic solvents and other chemicals to the human body.

The oleic acid value automatic tester adopts the principle of neutralization method. It can display up to 35 sets of measurement results separately and print out multiple parameters related to the measurement.

Special reagent bottles are used to contain extraction and neutralization solutions. The extraction solution is stored in a glass container to ensure no plastic additive pollutants. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles to avoid the possibility of reaction between caustic potassium and glass. In addition, we have independently developed a neutralization liquid equilibrium gas-solid purification device, which avoids the influence of carbon dioxide and water vapor on the concentration of the neutralization liquid, and avoids accidents where high concentration caustic potassium or caustic soda purification solutions are mistakenly used as titration standard solutions. During the work process, users do not need to touch organic solvents with their hands, reducing the harm of chemicals to the human body.

According to user requirements, the acid value tester can measure 1-3 samples separately.
