This instrument is used to measure the pressure of gases or liquids that are non corrosive, non explosive, non crystalline, and non precipitating towards copper and copper alloys. The major feature of this product is its ability to measure pressure normally in machine tools or equipment with severe vibrations. The seismic resistance level is one of the two vibration levels, V.H.4 and V.H.5.

Structural principle

A shock resistant pressure gauge is a mechanical pointer type pressure gauge with a filled liquid in the case, or a mechanical pointer (or rotary dial) type pressure gauge with a filled liquid and a damper in the case. It consists of a pressure guiding system (including joints, spring tubes, current limiting screws, etc.), a gear transmission mechanism, a reading device (pointer and dial), and a housing (including case, cover, glass, etc.). The pressure gauge with damping element and filling fluid inside the case is a shock resistant pressure gauge, which belongs to the direct indication pressure gauge and has earthquake resistance function. The main characteristic of a shock resistant pressure gauge is its good seismic resistance, and its applicability to measuring fluid pressure and medium pressure with severe pulsation caused by instantaneous impact.
