The YLW series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The front part of the boiler body is the radiation heating surface of the furnace, which is composed of closely arranged double-sided coils; The rear part is a convective erosion heating surface composed of a serpentine tube bundle. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate, which are assembled on site. The air preheater is arranged behind the boiler. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is partially absorbed by the furnace, and enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange through the diversion chamber. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for boiler combustion in the air preheater, and then is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere.

Easy to install, as long as the upper body and lower furnace are closed, the installation cycle is short.

The furnace adopts double packed coil pipes, with sufficient arrangement of heating surfaces to reduce the surface heat load of the pipes, making the use of heat transfer oil safer.

The medium flow is reasonable, and the heat transfer oil goes from low (inlet) to high (outlet). The gas generated during operation is difficult to stay in the furnace and can be easily discharged from the system.

The furnace arch design is reasonable, and the flue gas stays in the furnace for a long time, resulting in more complete combustion.

Turn to the smoke chamber and arrange the heating surface to prevent the partition wall from being directly washed away by high-temperature smoke, effectively preventing the smoke wall from falling off and causing damage

The YLL (YGL) series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation vertical coal-fired boiler. The heating surface structure of this series of boilers is compact, consisting of inner and outer tightly arranged circular tubes; The inner coil serves as the radiating heating surface, while the outer and inner surfaces of the outer and inner coils form the convective heating surface. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower combustion chamber, which are assembled on site. After the fuel is fully burned in the combustion chamber, most of the heat is absorbed by the radiant heating surface, and the high-temperature flue gas enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange. After leaving the boiler, the air required for boiler combustion is heated in the air preheater, and then sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere
