Important notices and safety information

Using hydraulic principles, manual operation generates a test force of 3000kg. The core component is a small hydraulic system with a control valve for controlling the test force. Whenever the test force reaches 3000kg, the control valve opens and the pressure drops. According to the American standard ASTM E110, the pressure gauge pointer should be repeatedly applied 3-4 times to reach 3000kg, which is equivalent to the requirement of 3000kg test force, 10mm ball, and 10-15 seconds in the Brinell hardness test method.

1. Used for on-site testing of steel, non-ferrous metals, castings, forgings, and semi-finished heat-treated parts.

2. It can be used for various large parts that cannot be tested on desktop computers, and can replace the low precision and reliability Leeb hardness tester in a wide range of manufacturing fields.

The measured Brinell hardness indentation can be directly read using the Brinell indentation automatic measurement system.

Brief Introduction of Each Component Function

	Table: Located in front of the machine for easy observation; Core component hydraulic valve block: processed by various precision equipment, with key processes using mirror discharge and slow wire processing to ensure maximum dimensional accuracy.
All transmission components, including gear set support seats and brackets, are CNC machined to ensure machining accuracy. After surface treatment, they are aesthetically pleasing and rust resistant. The lead screw is precision cut and processed by an external grinder, and assembled into a set of transmission systems to ensure smooth and stable up and down movement without jamming;
	The hydraulic valve block components are all processed by high-precision inclined rail lathes and integrated with the hydraulic valve block assembly. The assembly accuracy is high, and there will be no assembly errors caused by low processing accuracy, resulting in low equipment accuracy.
The lifting handle is made of a whole piece of raw material processed by CNC, which avoids the disadvantages of stress deformation caused by welding and easy breakage of the weld after long-term use. The handle sleeve is made of polyoxymethylene rod (commonly known as Saigang), which has high strength, wear resistance, and comfortable hand feel;
	After heat treatment, the hardness of the test anvil reaches between HRC58-62. After grinding, the wear resistance, strength, and flatness are guaranteed. The pressure gauge is specially customized and smaller than similar products, making it less prone to accidental collisions.

The permanent indentation adopts a test force of 3000kg and a 10mm ball. The permanent indentation can be used for re inspection.

03 is tested completely according to the principle of Brinell hardness test, which is the same as the principle of desktop Brinell hardness tester, and can truly reflect the mechanical properties of materials or parts.

The accuracy of the 04 test force meets the requirements of relevant standards such as GB, ISO, ASTM, etc., and the hardness testing accuracy is the same as that of a desktop computer.

05 has a wide range of applications, as long as it can hold instruments, any shape and size of parts can be tested.

The range of 06 is wide, with multiple test forces and ball indenters to choose from. It has a wide range and can test various common metal materials.

07 Customized height can be customized according to customer requirements.
