The HYBC-187.5 magnetic Brinell hardness tester uses magnetic suction cups to fix the Brinell hardness tester on the surface of steel parts. It works according to the principle of Rockwell hardness testing and directly tests the Rockwell hardness value. The testing accuracy meets the national standard GB/T 230.2; The hardness test was completed according to the Brinell test principle, and the test method complies with the standard GB/T 231.2. Widely applicable, easy to operate, with good economy and practicality.

1. Can be used for oversized or overweight steel parts that cannot be tested by desktop hardness testers. Can test heat-treated parts such as steel plates, steel pipes, molds, etc. with suitable testing surfaces. Can test the weld hardness of boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure pipelines. Can replace the Leeb hardness tester with low accuracy and reliability.

2. With the assistance of the Brinell indentation automatic measurement system, rapid and accurate Brinell hardness testing of workpieces can be carried out on the production site.
