Overview

The eye drop production line consists of LP fully automatic bottle sorting, DQX/12 purified gas washing machine, YG4/2/2-100 eye drop filling and capping machine unit. It is mainly used to complete the bottle sorting, bottle transportation, gas washing, metering and packaging, inner capping, outer capping and other processes of eye drop bottles. The entire production process is completed under hundred level laminar flow protection and sterile isolation operation, and each area is isolated and protected to ensure the aseptic production of eye drop products, which meets the requirements of the new national GMP. The production line is also suitable for the production of other small capacity plastic bottle products.
