One of the new products developed by our company is the YEJVF series electric motor. Its product structure combines the YEJ and YVF series, which means that the shaft of the YVF series electric motor is extended from the non shaft extension end and equipped with an electromagnetic brake; Its performance meets the technical standards of YVF series motors. When used in conjunction with an electronic frequency converter, the product can achieve stepless speed regulation within the range of 150-2750 r/min with electromagnetic braking. At any speed, when the electromagnetic braking power supply loses power, the motor will stop for a short period of time. The no-load braking time will be randomly assigned to the seat number, ranging from 0.5 to 0.45 seconds. The power supply of the brake must be synchronized with the main power supply of the YVF motor, but the power supply of the YVF motor cannot be used. This series of electric motors is widely used in various types of mechanical equipment that require stepless speed regulation and braking, as a driving force for equipment in industries such as transportation, metallurgy, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical, mining, and construction.
