The efficiency index of YB3 explosion-proof motor complies with the Level 2 energy efficiency standard in GB18613-2006 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three phase Asynchronous Motors", and its efficiency level is equivalent to the European EFF1 level, as well as the relevant provisions of the EPACT efficiency index requirements stipulated by the US Energy Law.

The YB3 series explosion-proof motor has a cylindrical shaft extension, which is driven by a linkage or gear; The stator winding adopts high-strength enameled round copper wire, which is vacuum pressurized and immersed in paint to form a complete whole. The winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability;

Explosion proof electricThe rotor of the motor adopts a cast aluminum structure, which has undergone dynamic balance verification. The stator and rotor of the motor are made of high-quality electrical silicon steel sheets with high magnetic conductivity and low loss. The motor runs smoothly, with low vibration, low noise, low loss, and high efficiency;

Explosion proof motor bearings are selected as motor specific low vibration and low-noise bearings. Double sided sealed bearings are used for frame sizes 160 and below, and waveform spring washers are installed at the shaft extension end to provide moderate pressure against the bearings, effectively suppressing the vibration and noise generated during motor operation. For frame sizes 180 and above, inner and outer cover structures are used, and retaining rings are used for axial fixation at the bearing locations to effectively prevent axial movement of the motor rotor. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of electric motors, the bearing structure of motors with a base size of 180 or above is equipped with an oil injection and discharge device. For motors with a base size of 250 or above, a position for bearing temperature monitoring sensing elements is reserved.

Electric motor fan and fan cover: Electric motors with a base size of 280 and below use anti-static plastic fans, which have low rotational inertia and wear. Motors with a base size of 315 and above use cast aluminum or steel plate welded fans, which are lightweight and strong. The entire series of fans are connected to the shaft with keys, ensuring reliable operation. The wind cover is made of steel plate structure, which provides a large ventilation area while preventing the intrusion of foreign objects of a certain size, ensuring smooth air flow.

It is suitable for places where explosive gas mixtures exist for a long time or temporarily.

The explosion-proof structure of YB3 series explosion-proof motors is ExdIIBT4 Gb, which can also be made into ExdI Mb and ExdIICT4 Gb;

ExdI is applicable to non mining working face environments in coal mines where explosive mixtures of methane or coal dust exist;
ExdIIAT4 is suitable for environments with explosive gas mixtures of Class II A, temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 used in factories;
ExdIIBT4 is suitable for environments with explosive gas mixtures of Class II, Grade B, temperature groups T1, T2, T3, and T4 used in factories;
On the basis of YB2 basic series motors, YB2-W outdoor type and YB2-WFI outdoor medium anti-corrosion type can also be made under climatic and environmental conditions.

Other customizable requirements: adding PTC thermistors, dual extension shafts, special dimensions for end caps/shafts (such as gear reducers), etc.
