1. The insulation level of the Shengbang horizontal gear reduction motor is Class F, and the applicable voltages are three-phase 380V/220V/230V/240V/400V/415V/440V-50HZ, three-phase 220V/240V/380V/415V/440V/460V/480V/600V/-60HZ, single-phase 110V/115V/200V/220V/230V-50HZ, and single-phase 110V/220V/240V-60HZ.
2. The Taiwan Shengbang 100W reduction motor is suitable for motor pole numbers including three-phase two-stage motor, three-phase four stage motor, three-phase six stage motor, three-phase eight stage motor, and single-phase four stage motor.
3. Shengbang gear reduction motor is suitable for temperatures ranging from -10 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius, with humidity below 90%. It is suitable for altitudes below 1000 meters. In special areas and weather conditions, antifreeze oil can be added or waterproof motors can be customized.

Horizontal 100W Shengbang gear reduction motor body:
The output shaft diameters of CH-1, CH-2, and CH-3 reducers are 18mm, 22mm, and 28mm, respectively;
The reducer body is made of aluminum alloy ADC-12, and the motor adopts a standard fully enclosed special aluminum shell motor;
If there are corrosive gases in the environment where the reducer equipment is used, CH100-ST and CH100-AT Shengbang iron shell reducers can be selected.

CPG gear reduction motor 100W gear:
The gears of the gear reducer are all precision hobbing processed, with a gear machining accuracy level of 2-3;
The gear material of Shengbang reducer is S45C, quenched and tempered to HRC21 degrees, and then subjected to high-frequency heat treatment to HRC45-48 degrees.

The gear shaft of Shengbang gear reduction motor 100W:
The internal gear shaft of Shengbang gear reduction motor is precision hobbing processed by SKIVING, with a gear accuracy level of 1-2;
The gear shaft material of Shengbang gear reducer is SCM21, quenched and tempered to HRC21 degrees, and then subjected to carburizing heat treatment to HRC58-61 degrees;
The internal gear shaft material of Shengbang Motor is SCM4 quenched and tempered to HRC21 degrees, and then subjected to high-frequency treatment to 50-53 degrees.

Bearings and oil seals for CPG gear reduction motor 100W:
The bearings of CPG reducer are made of Swedish SKF or precision bearings of the same grade to ensure long-term operation life;
The CPG motor shaft side is mainly equipped with high-temperature resistant VITON oil seals, which can ensure the prevention of lubricating oil leakage inside the motor.

Shengbang gear reduction motor horizontal 100W protection function:
The junction box of Shengbang Motor adopts an aluminum alloy dedicated IP-55 aluminum junction box, which has excellent waterproof and dustproof properties;
The back cover of Shengbang Motor adopts a waterproof motor back cover, and an oil seal is added at the axis to prevent dust and external moisture from entering the motor.
