The voltage range is divided into three types: 150V, 600V, and 1200V, and the power range is from 1.3KW to 60KW. This series of electronic loads is mainly used for product testing in multiple fields such as new energy vehicle OBC, power batteries, charging, power electronics, servo/server power supplies, high-voltage UPS, photovoltaics, grid energy storage, aerospace, etc. Adopting a new generation digital controller, it has five basic modes and seven advanced modes built-in, and provides serialization function to meet users' programming, automation testing and other needs.

Basic mode:
The Y63200 series has four basic operating modes: constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power.

CCD mode - fast dynamic and Vpp testing
Y63200 series snow high-speed dynamic load testing function, with dynamic changes up to 50KHz. Users can set the number of repetitions for a period of time, ranging from 1 to 100000, or continuously perform dynamic load, as shown in the figure. The high and low load values of the current, load time, rise and fall slope can be set. During dynamic loading, the load also provides measurement of peak to peak voltage, with a sampling frequency of up to 500kHz.

LIST mode - serialization pull function
The Y63200 series has a built-in sequence testing function that can edit up to 8 sets of data, each set can edit 200 steps, and each step can edit the execution time, with a time range of 0-100s. In situations such as battery discharge, server sharing, and mixed load regulation of communication power supplies, different load current waveforms are provided as an effective supplement to dynamic current testing.

High precision measurement:
The Y63200 series offers three gears for voltage and current measurement. Taking Y63206-1200-240 as an example, there are three voltage levels of 150V/600V/1200V, and the demand for low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage ranges is fully satisfied; The current has a range of 24A/120A/240A, which can provide more accurate measurement values for different application scenarios. Using high-precision A/D and D/A chips, it can support accuracy of 0.015%+0.015% FS for voltage, 0.04%+0.04% FS for current, and 0.1%+0.1% FS for power.
Battery testing mode:
The Y63200 series has a battery measurement function. It provides three discharge modes: constant current, constant resistance, and constant power. The electronic load can be controlled by setting the voltage value and testing time (1 second~100000 seconds) to avoid battery damage caused by over discharge. At the same time, the load also provides discharge power display. The battery testing mode is also applicable to supercapacitor and other similar discharge testing scenarios.

Precise locking of power protection points:
When the output current (power) of the tested power source is too high, it poses a risk of damage. Therefore, most tested power sources have overcurrent (power) protection functions: when overloaded, the output voltage is reduced or the output is stopped. For this purpose, the load provides testing modes for this situation - overcurrent testing (OCP), and over-power testing (OPP) functions. After setting the load circuit and determining the voltage, when the load detects that the voltage is less than or equal to the determining voltage, the load is stopped, and the current (power) at the moment of protection is displayed on the screen, and the result is determined based on the protection point.
