Y-shaped process valveDesign features:
The ESSEN EG2 series process valve adopts a Y-shaped structure, with an overall forged valve body design and an approximately straight flow channel design, which can achieve higher CV values and lower head losses.
The valve core adopts a special process of welding hard alloy sealing surface, which greatly extends the service life compared to ordinary processes.
Adopting a reverse sealing design, the packing is fully open and isolated from high-temperature and high-pressure media, providing better protection for the packing and extending its service life.
The inverted sealing structure design can achieve online packing maintenance and replacement, ensuring that the equipment does not stop running.
The Garlock high-temperature packing used ensures sealing reliability and reduces valve operating torque.
The valve disc sleeve is welded with Stellite alloy on the surface of the valve stem valve disc. Up, it does not rotate with the valve stem, so there is no relative rotation between the valve disc and the valve seat when closed or opened.
The valve stem nut is made of alloy steel. The low friction of this material ensures lower operating torque and reduces wear on the valve stem threads. Fully enclosed valve stem, with added lubricating grease, can effectively isolate impurities, dust, and sand particles. The valve stem nut is installed between two thrust needle roller bearings.
