Working principle of Xiongxin belt frame filter press:
Xiongxin belt filter press, also known as mesh belt filter press or belt sludge dewatering machine, is mainly used for dewatering sludge or mixed sludge to reduce its volume and facilitate further landfill, incineration and other treatments,Mainly used in industries such as papermaking, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, coal, leather, etc., it is widely applied in urban sewage treatment and industrial sludge dewatering.
Six process characteristics of Xiongxin belt frame filter press:
1. The retention time for sludge dewatering is short, with traditional sludge dewatering tanks typically requiring a retention time of over nine hours, while the average retention time for dewatering in the Xiongxin belt thickening section is only about two minutes.
2. The belt type concentration section is designed as an inclined type, adding a partial static pressure head to the feeding hopper to improve dewatering efficiency.
3. Both the concentration section and the pressure filtration section adopt stepless speed regulation and process matching.
4. Xiongxin belt filter cloth correction device: adopts pneumatic feedback single-sided automatic correction.
5. Xiongxin belt filter cloth tensioning device: adopts pneumatic tensioning, so the operation is flexible and the maintenance is simple and convenient.
6. Xiongxin belt filter cloth cleaning device: It uses a nozzle and a washing mechanism for automatic cleaning.
