The heat pump dryer consists of a circulation system consisting of a compressor, a heat exchanger, a throttle, a heat absorber, a compressor, and other devices. The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the process of gas pressure rise and temperature rise (up to 100 ℃) inside the compressor. It enters the internal unit and releases high-temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room. At the same time, it is cooled and converted into a liquid state. When it runs to the external unit, the liquid state quickly absorbs heat and evaporates back into a gas state. At the same time, the temperature drops to minus 20 ℃ -30 ℃. At this time, the heat source around the heat absorber will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant. The continuous circulation of refrigerant transfers the heat from the heat source to the drying room and heats the air temperature inside the room.

The composition of a heat pump dryer includes an air source heat pump unit, an air guide system, an insulation box device, a grill heat exchanger, a humidity control system, an airflow circulation system, a makeup air system, an electric auxiliary system, a temperature and humidity detection system, and an intelligent control system.
