The integrated machine for trenching, fertilization, and backfilling is a new mountainous and hilly agricultural machinery product developed by Xinyu Yifeng Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd The company began researching machinery for trenching and fertilizing in mountainous and hilly areas in 2012, and subsequently collaborated with the Fruit Tree Research Institute to develop an integrated trenching, fertilizing, and backfilling machine. This technology is at the forefront of the country and is the first and only manufacturer in Jiangxi Province that integrates research and development, production, manufacturing, sales, and service.

Our company's newly developed integrated machine for trenching, fertilization, and backfilling is mainly used for orchard trenching, field management, and park trenching and drainage operations. The machine has a small volume and dimensions of 249cm in length, 100cm in height, and 75cm in height. It is easy to operate and can turn in place. It has five major functions:

1. Automatic backfilling for trenching and fertilization; The fertilization depth is adjustable from 20cm to 35cm;

2. Separate trenching; The width of the trench is 30cm, the depth is 30cm-40cm, adjustable; The homework speed is 450m-1200m per hour;

3. Separate backfilling; The width of the backfilling device is 155cm;

4. Individual rotary tillage; The width of the rotary tillage device is 90cm-105cm;

5. Separate weeding; Replacing the weeding device with a rotary tillage device is easy to disassemble;

The machine travels at a speed of approximately 0.5 to 5 kilometers per hour, with 6 forward gears and 2 reverse gears, operated manually on the left side of the machine.

The power is provided by a 28 horsepower single cylinder diesel engine, which is centrally mounted. The walking gearbox and transmission gearbox are separated, and there is no need to add additional counterweights during trenching and fertilization operations in hilly areas. The gearbox is entirely gear driven, which is sturdy and durable. Rubber tracks are used for walking, which have good linearity and passability, a large contact area with the ground, and are not easy to slip.

The grooving knife is made of 65 manganese steel, and all the cutting marks are reinforced with wear-resistant welding rods, which is at least 10 times stronger and more durable than ordinary grooving knives;

Adopting the Jiaolong style forced fertilizer discharge, the amount of fertilizer can be adjusted, ranging from 0.5 to 15 pounds per meter. Dry small pieces of cow and sheep manure can be directly fertilized through the automatic backfilling device, while large pieces of farmyard manure can be fertilized through separate trenching.

At present, this machine is widely used for trenching and fertilizing economic crops such as grapes, fruit trees, and walnuts, which can save a lot of labor!
