We usually refer to reactions involving phosgene as photochemical reactions. Due to the highly toxic nature of phosgene gas, there is a great deal of danger during its use, transportation, and storage. Multiple strict safety measures need to be taken, and even a slight carelessness can lead to catastrophic accidents.

Dichloromethyl carbonate, also known as solid phosgene, is a stable solid compound that can be sealed and stored at room temperature. Even when boiling, only trace amounts of phosgene and liquid phosgene are decomposed. Therefore, its transportation, storage, and use are relatively safe compared to phosgene. Its molecular structure contains carbonyl, trichloromethyl, and other functional groups, so it has various chemical reaction properties and can be used for various reactions. Product Description:

The photo chlorination reactor is a device used to promote photo chlorination reactions. Through the combined action of light and catalyst, chlorine gas or other chlorinating agents are more efficiently combined with organic matter. Photochlorination reactors are commonly used in laboratory or industrial production, such as synthesizing chlorinated compounds, pharmaceutical intermediates, or polymer materials. The photo chlorination reactor combines a high-power ultraviolet light source with a reaction vessel. The interior of the reactor is immersed in the light source, and an external low-temperature constant temperature device is connected to accurately control the sample temperature. The photocatalytic reactor with a stirrer is ideal for multiphase reactors of liquids, gases, and solids.
