Overview

The XY2 high-precision sensor simulator can simulate the standard output signals of various sensors such as strain gauges for weighing, force measurement, pressure, torque, acceleration, etc. It is used to calibrate and test corresponding display instruments, debug various automatic scales and automation systems.

Product Details

Basic functions

1. Simulate the standard output signals of various sensors such as strain gauges for weighing, pressure, torque, etc.

2. The output signal range can be set, with a factory setting of 0~3mV/V.

3. The output step size can be set, with a factory setting of 0.1mV/V per level.

4. The output increases and decreases step by step according to the set step size.

5. The output of the simulator can be set using the keyboard.

6. The upper computer can control the output of the simulator through the RS-232 communication port.

7. Measure the ambient temperature.

8. Measure the excitation voltage of the tested instrument.

9. It can correct zero and full-scale output, and can be calibrated step by step to reduce nonlinearity.

10. Develop user programs through the keyboard.

11. Develop user programs using an upper computer and download them through a serial port.

12. Execute user programs, change outputs according to program instructions, and simulate the working process of automatic scales. During program execution, the keyboard or DI port can be used as input for switch values.
