Overview

The XY1 sensor simulator can simulate the standard output signals of various sensors such as strain gauges for weighing, force measurement, pressure, torque, acceleration, etc. It is used to calibrate and test the corresponding display instruments, debug various automatic scales and automation systems.

Product Details

Basic functions

Simulate the standard output signals of various sensors such as strain gauges for weighing, pressure, torque, etc.

Can set output, factory set to 2mV/V.

The output step size can be set, with a factory setting of 0.1mV/V per level.

The output increases and decreases step by step according to the set step size.

The output of the simulator can be set using the keyboard.

Measure the ambient temperature.

Measure the excitation voltage of the tested instrument.

It can correct zero and full-scale output, and can be calibrated step by step to reduce nonlinearity. (Periodic calibration operation)

Develop user programs through the keyboard.

User programs can be developed using an upper computer and downloaded through a serial port.

Execute user programs, change outputs according to program instructions, and simulate the working process of automatic scales.

No other power source is required, use the excitation power source to operate.
