Accuracy and Converter

The basic error is better than ± 0.2% F · S, and a 16 bit A/D converter is used with a measurement and control cycle of 0.2 seconds (which can be increased to 0.1 seconds).

Supports 8-segment polyline function and can correct sensor nonlinearity error by 7.

anti-interference capability

Adopting a Level III anti-interference design, it effectively suppresses fast pulse group interference and electromagnetic interference generated by relays, contactors, etc.

Appearance and Installation

Multiple size options are available: 160 × 80mm (horizontal/vertical), 96 × 96mm, 96 × 48mm (horizontal/vertical), 72 × 72mm, 48 × 48mm, as well as laboratory desktop models.

Support aluminum alloy shell models (such as 160 × 80mm specifications) to enhance durability.

Display and alarm

Measurement value light column display (green)+set value digital display (red).

The number of alarm output points varies depending on the size:

160 × 80/96 × 96 specifications: up to 4 points

96 × 48 specifications: up to 3 points

72 × 72/48 × 48 specifications: up to 2 points

160 × 80 aluminum alloy shell type: up to 8.57.

Output and power supply

Transmission output: Supports current (4-20mA) or voltage (0-5V/1-5V/0-10V) signals.

External power supply:

Normal power supply: 24V/12V/5V (to power the transmitter)

Precision power supply: 10V/12V or 0.5-1.5mA (suitable for load and pressure sensors).

Communication and Expansion

There is no built-in communication interface (model code S0V0), but RS485/RS232 interface can be optionally selected (please specify when ordering).

Support printer interface (requires external printer unit).
