Overview
The XSG series rotary flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment developed by our company based on the introduction and absorption of advanced foreign technology. The machine has advanced technology, reasonable design, compact structure, wide applicability, high production capacity, good product quality, high efficiency, energy saving, and can complete drying, crushing, and screening in one device, eliminating environmental pollution. The overall performance of the machine has reached the international advanced level. ”The "Step by Step" flash dryer has the original bearing induction cooling (water cooling), which is designed to be connected with an oil pump to lubricate and cool the bearings. The sealing device has excellent performance. The main shaft design adopts a semi ring type, and the motor uses a speed regulating motor, which has smooth transmission, low noise, and a service life 10 times that of similar products.
Principle
The hot air enters the bottom of the dryer through a tangent line and forms a strong rotating wind field driven by the agitator. The paste like material is fed into the dryer by a spiral feeder, and under the strong action of high-speed rotating stirring blades, the material is dispersed by impact, friction, and shear forces. The block like material is quickly crushed, fully contacted with hot air, heated, and dried. The dehydrated dry material rises with the hot air flow and the classification ring intercepts large particles, while small particles are discharged from the center of the ring outside the dryer and recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. Undried or large materials are thrown towards the wall by centrifugal force and fall back to the bottom for crushing and drying.
