Weiliba is a differential pressure and rate averaging flow sensor that measures flow by measuring the differential pressure generated by the sensor in the fluid. Suitable for measuring gases, liquids, and vapors. Due to its compact structure and easy installation, it is commonly used for measuring large pipe diameters and dirty media.

Structural characteristics

1. The cross-sectional form of science

The cross-sectional shape of the bullet head experiences less traction and fixes the separation point between the fluid and the sensor

2. High strength structure

By adopting a dual chamber structure, the strength is greatly enhanced. When the flow rate is high and the pipe diameter is large, solid blanks are used to open high and low pressure chambers, which improves the strength of the sensor, ensures long-term accuracy, and increases the upper limit of the sensor's range.

3. Position of low pressure tapping hole

The low-pressure tapping holes are located on both sides of the sensor, before the separation point between the sensor and the fluid. This not only avoids the influence of eddy currents on the low-pressure hole, but also prevents it from being blocked, achieving the sensor's own anti blocking ability and making the low-pressure signal stable and accurate.

4. Multiple sets of pressure tapping holes

The Weiliba equal velocity tube flow sensor measures the flow velocity profile of the fluid in the pipeline through multiple sets of pressure tapping holes distributed along the pipeline axis, accurately reflecting the average velocity of the fluid.

5. High precision fluid coefficient

The fluid coefficient of the Velociraptor flow sensor is constant and linear over a considerable range, unaffected by Reynolds number and throttling area ratio.
