Product Overview
The XNLUGB-S series vortex flowmeter adopts modular design and adopts RAGC real-time automatic gain control technology SSP adaptive spectrum filtering technology. It is equipped with a complete anti-interference multi-stage protection circuit and a vibration compensation probe. It has the function of automatic identification of real flow rate, eliminating on-site vibration and power frequency interference. The S series vortex flowmeter supports 4-20mA, HART, pulse equivalent, frequency pulse output mode, and 485 communication protocol. Fully isolated circuit design, reliable, is the instrument of current IoT technology.

Product Features
1. The circuit adopts modular design: the main circuit part and wiring terminals (lightning resistant). The main circuit is divided into three layers: the sensor processing unit (which is encapsulated in a metal cover to form a shielding layer, greatly improving the on-site anti-interference ability, more than 5 times higher than ordinary boards), the intelligent HART processing unit, and the display unit. The division of labor between the three is clear, the processing is appropriate, and they are combined.
2. Signal to noise ratio. The low-pass, high pass, and amplification factors of ordinary boards are fixed, which results in a range ratio that is not too wide (basically between 1:7-1:10), because it is possible to amplify noise into normal signals and collect them. If we focus on the head, we cannot take into account the tail. Our intelligent board's low-pass, high pass, and amplification factors can be changed in real time through CPU acquisition, ensuring that the sensor signal is amplified to a normal signal and filtered out noise. This is the current RAGC real-time automatic gain control technology.
3. Fully isolated circuit design: Sensor signals and current/equivalent pulses are isolated.
4. The SSP adaptive spectrum filtering technology used achieves ultra-low lower limit (twice as low as a regular analog board), upper limit (1.5 times higher than a regular analog board), and high range ratio.
5. It can adapt to gas and liquid measurements of various calibers without the need for a toggle switch.
6. Dual row LCD display, capable of displaying instantaneous and cumulative flow rates simultaneously.
7. High seismic resistance. We have special treatment for the circuit to solve the phenomenon of no flow and signal generated by on-site vibration.
