Used for pre-treatment in food and pharmaceutical processing:
1. The new resin after column installation must undergo pre-treatment before use to remove oligomers, organic matter, and harmful ions contained in the resin.
2. Soak the resin in water for one day and night, then perform backwashing and washing until the water is clear and bright.
3. Then alternate treatment with 4% HC1 and 2% NaOH at 2-3 times the volume of the resin, and rinse with water between acid-base treatments; Alternating treatment with 'acid water alkali water' as one cycle, treating at least three cycles. After pre-treatment and regeneration treatment, it can be put into use.
4. Resin should be maintained in a wet state during transportation and storage. Dehydrated and dried resin should not be directly immersed in water. It should be immersed in a 10% NaCl solution first, fully expanded, and gradually diluted before pre-treatment according to the above procedure.
