XNA macroporous adsorption resin has uniform particle size; XNA resin is a spherical, non-polar polymer adsorbent. This resin is a cross-linked styrene divinylbenzene copolymer. Based on suitable pore size and specific surface area, the resin has good selectivity for saponins and flavonoids.

Based on suitable pore size and specific surface area, the resin has good selectivity for saponins and flavonoids. This resin is suitable for extracting saponins (such as astragalus saponins and quinoa saponins), flavonoids (such as anthocyanins and red clover isoflavones), lignans (such as Eucommia ulmoides lignans), alkaloids (such as ligustrazine), gentiopicroside, and other pharmaceutical components from aqueous solutions.

3、 Pre treatment of XNA resin in food processing

1. Pre treatment must be carried out before the use of industrial grade new resins to remove small amounts of oligomers, organic matter, and harmful ions contained in the resin. Technical Promotion Department of Tianjin Xijinna Environmental Protection Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Clean the equipment and pipelines before installing the column to prevent harmful substances from contaminating the resin. Drain the water inside the equipment.

3. Add acetone equivalent to 0.4-0.5 times the volume of resin loaded into the adsorption column first, and then put the new resin into the column so that its liquid level is about 0.3m higher than the resin layer, and soak for 24 hours.

4. Use 2BV acetone to pass through the resin layer at a flow rate of 2BV/h and soak for 4-5 hours.
