Due to its arc-shaped inlet and cylindrical shape with a certain length, it has good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is commonly used for measuring the flow rate of liquids and gases under high temperature and pressure.

The pressure loss is smaller than that of standard orifice plates, saving energy.
◆ No need for real flow calibration, moderate accuracy.
