The four column structure is one of the most common structural forms of hydraulic presses, characterized by spacious working space, easy observation and proximity to the mold, simple overall structure, and good processability. Its body is composed of an upper crossbeam, a movable crossbeam, a lower crossbeam, and four columns. The working cylinder is installed inside the upper crossbeam, and the movable crossbeam is connected to the piston of the working cylinder as a whole. It moves up and down guided by the column and transmits the force generated inside the working cylinder to perform pressure processing on the parts. The disadvantage of the four column hydraulic press is its poor ability to withstand eccentric loads.
