PPwire mesh demisterIt is mainly composed of wire mesh, wire mesh grid, wire mesh blocks, and supporting devices for fixing the wire mesh blocks. The wire mesh is a PP material gas-liquid filter screen.
The PP wire mesh demister can not only filter out larger liquid droplets suspended in the airflow, but also filter out smaller and smaller liquid droplets, and is widely used in gas-liquid separation devices in industries such as chemical, petroleum, tower manufacturing, and pressure vessels.
When the gas with mist rises through the PP wire mesh demister at a speed, due to the inertia of the mist rising, the mist collides with the wire mesh filaments and adheres to the surface of the filaments.
The diffusion of mist on the surface of the filament and the gravitational settling of the mist result in the formation of larger droplets that flow along the filament to the junction of the two filaments.
The wettability of the filament, the surface tension of the liquid, and the capillary action of the filament cause the droplet to become larger and larger, until the aggregated droplet becomes so large that its own gravity exceeds the combined force of the gas lift force and the liquid surface tension, and the droplet separates from the filament and falls down.
After passing through the wire mesh demister, the gas is basically free of mist.
Separate mist from gas, optimize process indicators, reduce equipment corrosion, extend equipment service life, increase processing capacity and recover valuable materials, protect the environment, reduce air pollution, etc. The structure is simple, the volume is small, the foam removal efficiency is high, the resistance is low, the weight is light, and the installation, operation, and maintenance are convenient. The wire mesh foam remover has a capture efficiency of 98% -99.8% for mist with a particle size of ≥ 3-5um, while the pressure drop of gas passing through the foam remover is very small, only 250-500Pa, which is conducive to improving the production efficiency of the equipment.
