Product Introduction:

JT140 omnidirectional wind speed sensorThe testing principle is to load a constant power electrical signal onto a high-sensitivity thermistor, measure the change in heat dissipation power of the thermistor, input it into the corresponding function of power and wind speed, and output the measured wind speed value m/s.

To ensure the high testing accuracy of JT14051, the R&D team of Jiantong Technology has focused on the following two key points based on the above principles:

Accurate measurement of power changes:The change in heat dissipation power is closely related to the ambient temperature, and real-time compensation testing of the ambient temperature is required. The JT1400 series sensors are designed with precise environmental temperature (wind temperature) sensors at the acquisition circuit end, as well as an independent NTC for physical compensation. Through a dual compensation design, the changes in heat dissipation power are measured more accurately, thereby achieving high stability, high precision, and high sensitivity wind speed testing.

Pre attenuation of basic components:The issue of testing errors caused by the attenuation of sensitive components during the use of thermal sensors cannot be ignored. Jiantong Technology in JT1400 serieswind speed sensorIn the production process, the core sensitive devices undergo a pre attenuation with load for more than 3 months before packaging to release the attenuation amount of the sensitive devices in advance. After the pre attenuation is completed, the devices are screened and tested, and sensitive devices with stable performance requirements are selected for final packaging.

JT14051 adopts M12X1 internal thread six core aviation socket female socket, which shares the same interface for power supply and communication output. The aviation plug and extension lead for docking are optional accessories. If you need to reserve bare wires, please specify when ordering.

① 360 ° Omnidirectional Test - Excellent Omnidirectional Uniformity:

The spherical wind sensing head and unobstructed structural design not only enable JT14051 to achieve full range testing within a 360 ° range, but also have good consistency within that range. Especially suitable for testing in light wind environments with high randomness and fluctuations in air flow direction.

② High security - elastic probe, not easily damaged:

The highly sensitive sensor head is relatively fragile and easily damaged. JT14051 adopts an elastic packaging structure to solve the damage caused by accidental collision during use.

③ High accuracy - dual temperature compensation:

For the principle of thermal wind speed testing, changes in ambient temperature (wind temperature) are one of the main factors affecting testing accuracy, which can ensure testing accuracy over a wider temperature range. The JT1400 series adopts dual temperature compensation of physical compensation and real-time wind temperature compensation, achieving stable and reliable precise correction and high-precision testing.

④ High integration:

JT14051 adopts an integrated design of acquisition and transmission circuit and wind measurement probe, without the need for external transmission circuit. It is equipped with standard aviation plug, compact and easy to use.

⑤ High reliability - conducting reliability experiments:

According to industrial grade design, all tests are conducted including high and low temperature tests, vibration tests, salt spray tests, and protection level tests.

⑥ High sensitivity - dynamic response of 3s (t90):

The smaller sensing head (diameter less than 2mm) has smaller thermal hysteresis and faster response to wind speed changes, greatly improving the overall response speed of the sensor. The dynamic response measurement can reach 3 seconds, meeting the requirements of environmental thermal comfort testing.

Note:

1) Register numbers start from 1

2) Register address starts from 0

3) Expand data by 100 times (e.g. 2550 is 25.5)

4) The default Modbus address at the factory is 1. After modification, it will take effect after restarting the transmitter

5) The default RS485 baud rate register value at the factory is 8, representing 115200.
