Product Introduction

JT1432 is a typical wind speed sensor in the JT1430 engineering application series thermal wind speed sensor family of Jiantong Technology. It is a cost-effective omnidirectional wind speed sensor. Dual temperature compensation: Dual compensation solves the large errors caused by changes in air temperature, achieving high stability and accuracy in wind speed testing.

High response and sensitivity:

The JT1432 wind speed sensor has the characteristics of wide temperature range omnidirectional testing, fast response time, high sensitivity, and high accuracy, and can test up to 20m/s.

Customizable length:

The JT1432 sensor adopts a rod type integrated structure with a diameter of only 15mm and a length that can be customized.

Multiple output forms:

The sensor has a standard RS485 communication interface, 0-10V, optional TTL, I2C, AL switch signal and other output forms, making it convenient for users to choose and use.

① High accuracy:In the principle of thermal wind speed testing, changes in ambient temperature (wind temperature) are one of the main factors affecting testing accuracy, which means that testing accuracy can be guaranteed over a wide temperature range. JT1432 adopts dual temperature compensation of physical compensation and real-time wind temperature compensation, achieving stable and reliable precise correction and high-precision testing.

② Can output control signals:Not only can it output RS485 standard MODBUS protocol signals (optional TTL, I2C), but it can also achieve switch output, and the output range can be set through software.

③ High reliability:According to industrial grade design, all tests including high and low temperature testing, vibration testing, salt spray testing, and protection testing are conducted.

④ High integration:JT1432 adopts an integrated design of acquisition and transmission circuit and wind measurement probe, with a 6-core bare wire connector, no need for external transmission circuit, compact and small structure, and easy to use.

⑤ High strength structure:The sensor body is made of a combination of aluminum alloy and polymer materials, with high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance, which can adapt to more harsh testing environments and measure for a long time.
