Wind pick drill is a tool used for producing rock drilling equipment and related accessories. Wind pick drills can be divided into conventional wind pick drills and large wind pick drills. The pneumatic chisel is manually operated by hand, while the hydraulic chisel is mechanically operated.

Precautions for using pneumatic chisels

1. Do not use the wind pick and chisel as a lever;

2Use within the prescribed operating angle and scope;

3It is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum friction temperature value（350Degree);

4Try to avoid empty strikes as much as possible; Before using the pneumatic pick, it is necessary to lubricate it with oil;

5When using a pickaxe, spare pickaxes should not be less than3One, each pickaxe must not work continuously for more than2.5h

6 During operation, grip the handle of the pickaxe and press it tightly in the direction of the chisel, so that the pickaxe firmly presses against the drill sleeve;

8When operating, do not insert all the picks and drills into the broken object to prevent empty strikes; When the chisel is stuck in the titanium lump, do not shake the air hammer forcefully to avoid damage to the body;

9When operating, choose the appropriate pick and chisel, and select different pick and chisel according to the hardness of the titanium lump. The harder the titanium lump, the shorter the pick and chisel. Pay attention to checking the heating situation at the tail of the chisel to prevent it from getting stuck;

10When chiseling the rough edges, it should be dealt with in a timely manner and rough edges should not be used for chiseling operations;

11Empty strikes are strictly prohibited.

The pneumatic pick is stuck in the rock and should not be vigorously shaken to avoid damage to the cylinder body and connecting sleeve threads. During work, the fit between the tail of the pick and the connecting sleeve should be checked, and the gap should not be too large or too small to prevent the pick from tilting or getting stuck.
