Choose high-quality lubricating oil, preferably one with cooling function.

2Before starting the operation, it is necessary to run it with no load, check and adjust it, and confirm that the steering, switch, motor, and oil pump are all running normally before starting the operation.
3The die head and die should be selected according to the diameter of the processed round steel. The die should be placed in order, and lubricating oil should be used to lubricate the die before operation. Do not apply too much force when sending the round steel to avoid damaging the die and machinery.
4When the length of the workpiece extending beyond the chuck end face is too long, an auxiliary bracket should be installed at the rear and the height should be adjusted to avoid bending and deformation of the workpiece.
5When processing left-hand screws, the power supply should be switched to match the direction indicated by the switch, in order to avoid damaging the die or tool due to incorrect cutting direction.
6When processing large diameters(24mmWhen the diameter of the workpiece or the ellipticity of the billet is large, it should be fed twice.
7Ensure that the coolant or cooling oil is sufficient and smooth during operation. It is strictly prohibited to work without coolant. Iron chips should be cleaned with a brush and should not be knocked or shaken off.8After homework, the power should be cut off, the iron filings should be cleaned up, the switch box should be locked, and daily maintenance work should be done.
