When mixing concrete, the product quality of cement, gravel, and sand is best made between 20 ℃ and 30 ℃. However, in summer, the ambient temperature is very high and the water temperature is relatively high, which is not conducive to mixing. The air-cooled screw chiller used in construction projects provides chilled water at 5-10 ℃, which can fully meet the requirements of concrete cooling technology. The cooling capacity ranges from 100KW to 1000KW, and different types of chillers can be customized according to actual usage

1. Adopting a twin-screw compressor with high energy efficiency and low failure rate
2. Select programmable PLC controller to facilitate user adjustment and setting of various parameters
3. High wind capacity fan with strong heat dissipation capability
4. Efficient external thread condenser with fire-resistant fins
5. Efficient shell and tube evaporator, with a heat transfer efficiency 30% higher than ordinary heat exchangers
Users need to prepare accessories:
1. Water tank: approximately 30-50 cubic meters
2. Power cord: 50 square meters (three five wire system, three live wires, one neutral wire, and one ground wire)
3. Refrigerated water pipe: DN150 caliber (it is recommended to use a hose root quick connector for easy disassembly and assembly)
