WinRHIZO TronIt is a manual root measurement program that can be used to analyze images captured by micro root underground camera systems or other root systems with low contrast to the background.

WinRHIZO TronIt can calculate and track the morphological measurement values of root systems, which will be calculated for each root system and root segment. In addition, the total measurement values of all root systems can be calculated, which will be summarized on the software screen. More detailed data can be viewed in the data file.

Users can choose which information to display and how it is presented (content, text size, and color), as well as which form of information to display in the command area.

lThe color category is the same as the color category used when drawing the root system in the image

lWinRHIZO TRONThe measurement is based on the actual distribution of root diameter, rather than measuring the average diameter as in some other programs
