Usage and Maintenance

5.1 During installation, open the junction box cover and the introduction device, select the appropriate inner diameter size of the sealing ring according to the outer diameter of the cable, and then pass the cable through the clamping nut, washer, and sealing ring of the introduction device in sequence to connect to the cavity. Tighten the clamping nut to seal the cable, and replace the cable with a plug for the introduction device that does not introduce the cable, and tighten the clamping nut. Connect the wire to the corresponding position of the terminal block, connect the grounding wire, close the cover, and tighten the cover with bolts for use;

5.2 The junction box must not be disassembled at will. During maintenance, the front power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover for repair. The explosion-proof joint surface must not be damaged during maintenance. After maintenance, the explosion-proof joint surface should be cleaned and coated with 204-1 anti rust oil. After closing the cover, all bolts (nails) should be tightened before use;

5.3 The junction box should be regularly inspected, and if the sealing ring of the cable entry device is found to be aging or deteriorated, or if other parts are damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
